Frankie Saundry
Frankie Saundry is a Research Associate at the University of Westminster. She has been involved in a number of qualitative research projects including an investigation into conflict management within Qatari organisations, and a project looking at the impact of Covid-19 on employment relations in the NHS.
Before joining the University of Westminster, Frankie worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years and has extensive experience of managing and resolving workplace conflict. Frankie is passionate about staff support and development within hard-to-reach industries, with a particular focus on the difficulties hospitality managers face in the post-pandemic climate. When time allows, she keeps her industrial experience up to date by running large-scale corporate events.
