New grant: missing school and life outcomes for young people

In partnership with FFT Education Datalab, CER researchers have been awarded a new grant from the Nuffield Foundation. The CER research team includes Richard Dorsett, Veruska Oppedisano, Gerda Buchmueller and Kalyan Kameshwara.

The project will examine different approaches to pupil exclusion from school, and how these affect education, labour market, justice, and health outcomes into early adulthood.  The project is divided across two stages: an exploratory feasibility stage and, conditional on this being a success, an evaluation stage.  The research is a partnership led by FFT Education Datalab.
