Kalyan Kumar Kameshwara
I am trained in quantitative methods as part of my postgraduate and doctoral studies (through an ESRC-funded pathway) at the Universities of Bath and Bristol. My work employs various empirical strategies (mainly involving econometric, machine learning and psychometric tools), along with social theory, to understand issues in the domain of education, labour, development and policy (…among others). I am always on the lookout for interesting data-driven stories that also have sufficient scope for drama.
Previously, I have worked and am currently affiliated with the Institute for Policy Research (IPR) at the University of Bath and the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). I have taught modules on statistics/econometrics, causal inference, modelling techniques and policy research.
